Ohana Development’s portfolio expands across UAE and Lebanon with signature projects
ABU DHABI-based Ohana Development has celebrated a significant triumph at the Arabian Property Awards 2025, taking home honours in all three categories it entered.
The awards highlight the developer’s pivotal role in creating luxury residences and aspirational waterfront communities across the capital.
The spotlight was firmly on two of its headline projects. Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana, located in Al Jurf, claimed double recognition, securing the awards for Mixed Use Development for Abu Dhabi and Residential Property for Abu Dhabi.
Meanwhile, ELIE SAAB Waterfront by Ohana, an elegant tower on Reem Island designed in collaboration with the renowned fashion house, received the title of Residential High-Rise Development for Abu Dhabi.
Both developments earned the coveted five-star rating, the highest accolade within their categories, underscoring Ohana’s pursuit of excellence in design and lifestyle. The awards were accepted on behalf of the company by Bilal El Chamaa, Chief Design Officer, and Sara Mousa, Head of Interior Design.
